  • Invoice Processing.
  • Troubleshoot invoice/payments/T&E processing.
  • Review vendor statements, open interface items and work on solutions for invoices sent to invoice processing queue.
  • Provide invoice/payment status to internal and external clients.
  • Handle Internal/External Audit routine and non routine requests.

What experience you need:

  • English B2-C 1+ years experience in Accounting, Billing, AP, AR or Administration deparment
  • University Accounting, Finances, Business Administration Student or Accounting Vocational / Technical School graduate
  • 1+ Excel / Google Sheets experience
