¿Cuál es el rol?
Esta persona es la encargada de supervisar a los analistas de documentación y procesos.

Tiene que velar porque se realice la correcta comunicación de los puntos importantes requeridos por la operativa, utilizando diferentes técnicas que permitan una solución y apoyo a los diferentes frentes de atención.


Por otro lado es responsable de los analistas de formación para garantizar el cumplimiento de mejora de conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes y lograr conseguir los objetivos de ventas solicitados y el resto de KPI ́S del área y de la compañía.


Responsabilidades:



¿Qué vas a hacer?

Documentación y Procesos:

  • Garantizar que el personal asignado genere procesos de las ofertas comerciales bajo el modelo establecido.
  • Regirse bajo las normas de seguridad de la información de la compañía.
  • Reportar oportunamente fallas o errores que se perciban en los servidores de los sitios SharePoint y otros propios del área.
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de procesos.
  • Monitoreo constante del dimensionamiento de proyectos a desarrollar.
  • Asistir a las sesiones correspondientes de implementaciones con MKT.
  • Velar por la correcta administración de la herramienta GAC.
  • Velar por la correcta administración del BOT de Telegram.
  • Control de la herramienta de ingreso de ticket o solicitudes para documentar.
  • Control de bitácora de prioridades para documentar
  • Resguardar los respaldos de las evidencias de las pruebas realizadas.
  • Preservar la consistencia en la apariencia y estructura de los documentos y facilitar su almacenamiento,
  • Garantizar que los cambios que necesitan hacerse en el sistema serán reflejados en la documentación correspondiente.
  • Mantener actualizada las diferentes ofertas, promociones, incidencias que impacten diariamente
  • Administrar la herramienta de GAC por completo incluyendo el mantenimiento tipologías, formularios, buzones, etiquetas y lo requerido de la operativa.
  • Notificar al equipo de EFO o el área de clientes de cualquier solicitud que genere impacto en procesos establecidos.

Formación:

  • Supervisar la correcta creación del material de apoyo a utilizar en cada uno de las capacitaciones y refuerzos asignados.
  • Garantizar que el personal asignado realice las sesiones bajo el modelo establecido.
  • Regirse bajo las normas de seguridad de la información de la compañía.
  • Reportar oportunamente fallas o errores que se perciban en los sistemas de prueba que se utilizan durante la formación.
  • Monitoreo constante del dimensionamiento y administración de solicitudes de todas las áreas internas y externas.
  • Asistir a las sesiones de simulacro con MKT.
  • Velar por la correcta actualización y fomentar el uso de las herramientas Uptraining, E-Learning, Moodle.
  • Diseñar, preparar y conducir módulos de formación solicitados.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de material de apoyo para el desarrollo de módulos y sesiones de formación.
  • Apoyar en brindar sesiones de Formación cuando los recursos sean limitados.
  • Velar por el envío a jefaturas y el resguardo de todas las asistencias de las formaciones realizadas en las herramientas notificadas.
  • Velar por mantener la ética profesional y el correcto desarrollo de las evaluaciones y certificaciones.
  • Diseñar, validar y evaluar propuestas metodológicas para diferentes sesiones y módulos de entrenamiento.
  • Participar activa y regularmente en las reuniones del Equipo de Formación y en otras en que se soliciten.
  • Asumir y desempeñar responsablemente las tareas administrativas o de gestión que haya acordado con el Equipo de Formación, que sean propias de su función.
  • Realizar acompañamiento en las giras de formación solicitadas.
  • Generación de planes de trabajo para incrementar Solución en primera línea y mantener la calidad (NPS).

Calificaciones:

Conocimiento y Experiência

Educación/titulaciones preferentes:

  • Bachiller en proceso o finalizado en la carrera psicología, pedagogía, ingeniería industrial, Sistemas, Administración Empresas o afines

Conocimientos y experiência específicos:

  • Idiomas: inglés, nível intermedio o avanzado.
  • Conocimiento en programas utilizados por frentes de atención SCL, Altamira, SIDRA, ADM, ASC, Citrix Business Objects, GAC, Gestor VPN, Payment, Fruno, Portal Ventas, Process Maker, SCI, SPN, Interface. Así como los sistemas del segmento Fijo (Inmedia, Field Services, etc.)
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de diseño (HTML5, Publisher, Adobe Creative, Illustrador, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
  • Conocimiento en sistemas para desarrollo de E Learning, tutoriales, videos interactivos y herramientas formativas.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas.
  • Manejo de Excel Medio /Avanzado.
  • Manejo de Power Point.
  • Manejo de SCL y Sistemas utilizados en los frentes de atención Móvil y Fijo.
  • Manejo de Project y herramientas colaborativas y digitales (Trello, OneNote, Monday, etc.)
  • Licencia de conducir
