MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS

  • Build relationships with administrators/developers of assigned residential complexes through face-to-face meetings, property visits, and information sharing.
  • Provide advice on commercial information and best service usage practices to the assigned portfolio of complexes.
  • Prepare commercial proposals based on client requirements and deliver them promptly.
  • Keep the database of assigned complexes updated, ensuring crucial contact information availability (administrators, boards of directors, influencers, competitors, etc.).
  • Manage post-sales cases, escalate and follow up with various involved departments until achieving a satisfactory solution for the client.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the residential complex segment and communicate them to immediate superiors.
  • Coordinate and execute Below The Line Sales activities in complexes using provided materials for such endeavors.
  • Generate and report a monthly work schedule to immediate superiors.
  • Send daily reports on sales execution and daily management.
  • Execute sales following the established process by the current policy and authorized products.
  • Conduct promotional activities in residential areas outside the complex base, such as flyer distribution and door-to-door sales.
  • Ensure customer retention over time to reduce early Churn.
