- Manages capacity reporting for IT portfolio
- Contributes resource analysis expertise for short
- Ensure the portfolio resource plan is aligned to inform portfolio forecast/capitalization projections
- Rely on data to accurately report financial performance that can inform action and decisionmaking
- Track and reconcile actual financial outcomes against projections to inform goforward forecast refinement
- Identify & mitigate all projected risks against portfolio constraints with relevant build and project resources
- Oversee and administer ongoing portfolio balancing to ensure the pipeline is properly funded and resourced with respect for portfolio constraints
What you will do:
- Participate in development of charter and management plan. Recommend tradeoffs within projects and support project activities.
- Participate in the development of and execute tasks within predefined project scope. Alert manager of scope excursions.
- Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart.
- Participate in the development of the budget and identify the cost of upcoming project expenditures.
- Participate in the development of Quality Project Planning and Execution.
- Support the creation of a project risk register. Identify and analyze project risks and assist in developing a risk response plan.
- Participate in the development of a Procurement Management Plan.
- Participate in the development of a project team list with crossfunctional staffing requirements.
- Support the creation of a Stakeholder register and assist in the preparation of a Stakeholder management plan.
- Participate in the development of a project communications management plan.
- Additional rolespecific technical areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager.
- Gains stakeholder trust, and maintains open communication channels with stakeholders, including development teams and sponsors
- Stays calm under pressure timelines and seeks to add additional responsibility where appropriate to have an impact outside of core role

Minimum Qualifications (required):
- BS or equivalent and 0+ years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- CAPM or equivalent preferred
