Job DescriptionTeam & Role
We are in search of dynamic and seasoned Program Managers to lead our Operational Center of Excellence (COE) focusing on Program Management. As a key player in this role, you will be entrusted with the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of program management strategies, procedures, and top practices organization-wide. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence in program delivery.
What you will be doing in this role:
- Formulating project schedules, setting timelines, and prioritizing tasks to achieve design goals.
- Taking the reins on more intricate projects, fostering trust, and engaging in collaborative efforts, particularly on nascent design programs that entail some level of supervision.
- Offering transparent communication to team leads across different functions and management about project status, resource needs, challenges, and focal points.
- Molding, steering, and documenting processes and tools to enhance team operations and facilitate collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in program management, with a solid track record of effectively overseeing complex programs from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in managing program management methodologies and spearheading initiatives for process enhancement.
- Thorough understanding of program management frameworks.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and managing stakeholders.
- Proven capability to drive change and exert influence on stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Basic Qualifications
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience in professional project management.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
