El Arte Finalista es un profesional altamente capacitado en el campo del diseño gráfico y la producción de materiales visuales. Su función principal es transformar las creaciones de diseño en productos finales listos para su impresión o publicación digital. Este rol requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas y creativas para garantizar la precisión y la calidad en todos los aspectos del trabajo final.
Producción de Materiales Gráficos: Convertir diseños conceptuales en archivos digitales listos para la impresión o publicación en línea, manteniendo la integridad visual y la calidad del diseño original. Revisión y Ajustes: Realizar revisiones detalladas de los diseños para corregir errores, ajustar formatos, colores, resoluciones y asegurar que cumplan con los requisitos de impresión o publicación digital. Preparación de Archivos: Preparar archivos finales en diversos formatos y especificaciones técnicas según las necesidades del proyecto, incluyendo CMYK, RGB, formatos vectoriales y de mapa de bits. Colaboración con el Equipo Creativo: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con diseñadores gráficos, ilustradores y otros miembros del equipo creativo para asegurar la coherencia visual y la ejecución precisa de las ideas creativas. Gestión de Proyectos: Gestionar eficientemente múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos y manteniendo altos estándares de calidad. Optimización de Procesos: Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad en los procesos de producción, utilizando herramientas y software actualizados y técnicas de optimización. Control de Calidad: Realizar pruebas de impresión y verificación de calidad para garantizar que los materiales producidos cumplan con los estándares requeridos antes de la distribución final.Requisitos
Experiencia y Educación: Título universitario o técnico en Diseño Gráfico, Artes Visuales o campo relacionado. Experiencia laboral previa en roles de arte finalista o producción gráfica es altamente deseable. Dominio de Software: Profundo conocimiento y habilidad en el uso de software de diseño gráfico, como Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign y otros programas relevantes. Habilidades Técnicas: Capacidad para trabajar con precisión en diferentes plataformas y sistemas operativos. Conocimientos sólidos de preimpresión, procesos de impresión y especificaciones técnicas. Atención al Detalle: Excelente atención al detalle y capacidad para detectar errores o inconsistencias en los diseños y corregirlos de manera efectiva. Gestión del Tiempo: Habilidad para gestionar eficientemente el tiempo y priorizar tareas para cumplir con los plazos de entrega ajustados. Habilidades de Comunicación: Buena capacidad de comunicación para colaborar efectivamente con otros miembros del equipo creativo y clientes, y comprender sus necesidades y expectativas. Creatividad: Aptitud para interpretar y ejecutar las visiones creativas de manera precisa y efectiva, manteniendo la integridad del diseño original.
