WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Design Lead in the Design Studios team, you will be a creative thought leader with an excellent design background who will lead, guide, mentor, and motivate a team of designers in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

You will work with our consultant teams, leading and overseeing design projects end to end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction, translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging stories to achieve their vision and leverage storytelling in compliance with BCG standards.

Youâll lead and develop creative briefs that capture the business challenge, set timelines, ensure that all deadlines are met, and communicate with clients, and youâll conceptualize and ideate creative solutions, support all design decisions with creative, strategic, and/or business reasoning, and present creative concepts and discuss ideas with internal clients. Leading and coordinating multiple creative projects at a time, youâll drive their execution, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the quality of the final result. You will provide leadership and inculcate innovative thinking to the Design team and establish rich and engaging partnerships with BCG consultant teams. As a Design Lead, you will guide Designers in the team from Associate to Senior level, providing guidance, direction, training, and support throughout their career
development.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
You excel at working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive the execution of design projects by leading the Design team.

Youâre able to deliver results to drive multi-vertical projects, from brief to final deliverables, while maintaining a deep knowledge of other creative verticals like Video, Digital, Content, and Creative Strategy.

Youâre eager to manage the production and process of all assets for case and proposal work together with the Project Manager and Creative Strategist on large-scale projects.

You have the ability to lead, manage, and oversee multiple creative projects at a time, including building ad hoc teams, ensuring that all deadlines are met, providing
guidance, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the quality of the result, while troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the projectâs duration and
communicating effectively under stressful circumstances.

You have a gift for making conceptual decisions and creating layouts, mock-ups, and prototypes to illustrate designs, experiences, and ideas to team members and
stakeholders.

You enjoy providing and receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants, even
under stressful circumstances.

Youâre able to lead, guide, mentor, and motivate a creative team of Designers (Associate to Senior Designer level), provide innovative thinking to the Design team,
and develop and implement trainings.

Youâre skilled at solving problems under a consultative approach, ensuring adequate communication with stakeholders while managing potential interruptions and issues encountered during the project execution through effective decision-making.

Youâre eager to lead and drive business pitches and present creative concepts, mockups, and new and innovative ideas to internal and external clients.

You have structured self-organization and strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. You are flexible, resilient, and highly committed, with a
confident manner and the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and highly innovative design environment.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
⢠A bachelorâs degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, advertising design, or any other creative field. Applicants with a background in journalism, public relations, marketing or any other relevant field will be considered if they bring in proven creative experience.
⢠You have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a professional creative services environment, creative studio or in an advertising agency
⢠Youâve gained strong management experience in design/creative teams.
⢠You ideally have ample experience in multimode production including written, visual and digital
⢠You possess strong conceptual and design skills and are experienced in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of teams.
⢠Your strong creative and problem-solving abilities enable you to supplement project teams.
⢠You excel at establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
⢠Youâve gained experience working in a collaborative design environment; experience working with global teams is a plus.
⢠You have robust B2B experience and deep business language knowledge.
⢠You have proven client-facing experience, along with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills.
⢠You have a demonstrated ability to understand and apply principles of visual organization, composition, information, hierarchy, symbolic representation, typography, aesthetics, and the construction of meaningful designs.
⢠You have full advance command of the English language to hold complex conversation and creative processes
⢠You have solid knowledge in creative suites such as Adobe Creative Suit
⢠You master MS Office 365 tools
