OMP Consultant

Job Description:

Currently, we are looking for an OMP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing operations and projects for external customers on the Product Team. Your main tasks will involve executing activities on the OMP Product team and leading the creation of solutions tailored to meet our customers' business requirements.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative approach
• Previous experience in customer service
• Flexibility in work schedule

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Consumer Goods or Personal Product Industry
• Familiarity with ITIL and Project Management
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of business/technical experience

Your responsibilities will include providing end-to-end support, training, issue resolution, and overall business assistance related to OMP projects.
