Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Business System Analyst well versed in the Agile methodology

Experience in eliciting and refining user stories regarding creating/handling/backlog refinement/managing JIRA cards.

Manual Testing experience Great oral and verbal communication, self-learner, and self-starter.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Privilege Access Management, SQL and CyberArk skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
