- 2+ years of professional experience in customer facing roles

Are you eager to make a huge impact driving business development for our Selling Partners (SPs)? Sales of products by 3rd Party SPs on Amazon's store represent more than half of units sold and our New Seller Success business is growing fast.
Our US inbound sales team supports all new US Domestic SPs across all product categories, driving over $2 billion annually through SP recruitment and guided product adoption.
The Costa Rica Registered-not-Launched (RNL) team is looking for Account Representatives to support the US Self-Service Recruitment Sales team (SSR Sales) in launching newly registered selling accountsThis support will include:
(1) connecting with and identifying high-potential Selling Partners who have not yet launched via outbound outreach, (2) providing education on selling programs, and (3) addressing obstacles in the onboarding process to allow our Selling Partners to scale as quickly as possible.
A successful RNL AR is an effective listener, communicator and a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
They are curious, with a passion for learning about the evolving landscape of Selling on Amazon. The ability to efficiently manage a high-volume book of business is imperative.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
- Manage your lead pipeline, prioritize highvalue opportunities, help them work towards their Amazon launch, and prepare them to work with their US Account Representative
- Lead detailed Discovery calls to ensure proper qualification of new Opportunities
- Update and maintain client interactions and contact information within Salesforce
- Present decision makers with highlevel value props for Selling on Amazon (SOA), Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Advertising programs
- Dive Deep into challenges that are preventing Selling Partners from launching, including enrollment in Brand Registry, upload of Product Catalog, and Brand/Category approvals
- Collect VoiceofSeller Anecdotes and document pain points, to help programmatically identify and remove blockers to Selling on Amazon
- Implement detection mechanisms for high sales potential early in the seller journey, so that SSR can better prioritize outreach efforts at scale
- 5+ years' sales support of sales operations experience
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and coldcalling companies
- Working knowledge of eCommerce business models, online marketing tactics, direct competitive landscape and the key value
