People Partner Specialist

- Liderar la gestión del área en el país y acompañar la estrategia del negocio.
- Ser partner estratégico del Managing Director local y Managers de cada área acompañando al equipo de management en las decisiones estratégicas que implican a People.
- Implementar las estrategias e iniciativas locales y regionales de HR.
- Ejecutar la estrategia de compensación de la Organización velando por la equidad interna.
- Gestionar el plan de acción sobre el Clima Laboral (plan de desarrollo profesional, plan de reconocimiento, plan de comunicación, RSE).
- Trabajar en forma cercana, manteniendo reuniones frecuentes con el equipo, con el fin de obtener un mejor entendimiento de las necesidades y planificar las acciones preventivas para su gestión.
- Colaborar con la organización de actividades recreativas y eventos.
- Administrar, gestionar y monitorear el presupuesto, nómina y beneficios locales y regionales.
- Asistir, brindar guía y orientación profesional desde su rol a Managers de las demás áreas presentando reportes, planes de acción, sugerencias.
- Acompañar procesos de reclutamiento trabajando con el equipo local y regional, desde identificar la necesidad hasta coordinar y llevar adelante un increíble onboarding a los new hires y experiência memorable diaria a los colaboradores actuales.
- Ejecutar planes de mejora del ambiente laboral, ayudando a posicionar PedidosYa como una de las mejores empresas para trabajar en el mercado local, asegurando experiências increíbles.
- Responsable de acciones de Workplace dentro de la compañía (Facilities).
- Impulsar el potencial de los equipos.
- Profesional o estudiante avanzado de las carreras de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología (laboral), Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Se valorará contar con conocimiento en legislación laboral y compensaciones locales.
- Manejo del sistema de Gestión Workday (deseable).
- Nível de Inglés medio.
- Persona proactiva, con buenas habilidades de comunicación y adaptabilidad a entornos y culturas muy dinámicas de trabajo.
- Sensibilidad al negocio que en las personas que le dan vida.
