Partner Associate


Job Brief:

We seek experienced Accountant to join our team.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience.
A bachelor's degree in accounting.
Strong command over General Ledger.
Interest in Taxes.

  • Excellent soft skills.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Understand client concerns and resolve them as required.
    Team CoordinationCommunicate with a virtual team of Accountants.
  • Act as an Intermediary in between Accountants and Clients

Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales personnel to identify opportunities and upsell additional products/services.-Work closely with the sales team, providing support in closing deals

Project Work:


Perform various financial projects based on your experience and interest, including audits, tax planning, financial projections, consultation, and other related activities.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.


Skills Required:

Hard SkillsKnowledge in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
Interest in US Individual and Business Tax Preparation.
Interest in US payroll and payroll taxes.

Clear and concise communication (Verbal and written) with team members and clientsActive listening to understand team members' and clients' concerns/queries

  • Presents analyses and recommendations clearly and understandably.

Technical SkillsPreferably, Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero or other accounting software.
Preferably, experience in US Tax preparation software. (We use Drake Take)Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience in Google Sheet, and Word.

Remuneration:

As per the industry standards.

Requirements:
