¿Cuál es el rol?
Supervisar el proceso de Inspección, relevamientos comerciales, trazabilidad de rutas y planificación de trabajo en las distintas zonas del país, en búsqueda de hps potenciales sin presencia de Liberty para el crecimiento de la Red
Responsabilidades:
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Búsqueda de zonas nuevas para crecer la red de Liberty en conjunto con el área de Ventas y el Ejecutivo de Ampliaciones.
- Documentar y validar las competencias en las zonas y su topología de red.
- Crear un criterio de riesgo para el crecimiento de la zona (postería, alturas, zonas de alto riesgo, grupo socieconómico de las zonas, entre otros).
- Crear los polígonos de zonas de interés comercial y enviarlos a Ingeniería para la medición, trazabilidad, diseño y posteriormente relevamientos de HP y BP.
- Validar y coordinar de forma semanal que se realicen los levantamientos de casas de los distritos asignados, en procura del cumplimiento de las metas asignadas de forma mensual.
- Elaborar reporte y envío mensual y semanal a la Jefatura inmediata.
- Acompañar y asesorar a los inspectores en las visitas de relevamiento de HPs de Zonas nuevas.
- Coordinar de forma mensual con la Jefatura y Ejecutivo de Ampliaciones las zonas a revisar de prioridad comercial.
- Participación Semanal en reunión con la Jefatura y Ejecutivo de Ampliaciones para presentar los datos recopilados y propuestas de mejora en la recolección de datos.
- Entre otras tareas o necesidaes que surjan de la Dirección.
Calificaciones:
Conocimiento y Experiência
- Bachiller en educación media con estudios técnicos o diplomado en asistencia administrativa / ejecutiva.
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en empresas de Telecomunicaciones
- Conocimiento de Redes de HFC y FTTH
- Experiência liderando equipos de trabajo comprobada.
- Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office avanzado, Google Earth Pro, ArGis
- Experiência en tareas administrativas redacción de documentos e informes.
- Uso de excel para reportes semanales de venta y proyección.
- Disponibilidad para realizar giras dentro del país.
- Licencia de Conducir B
- Vehículo propio al día y en buen estado.
