About the Role

As a leader for the Data Quality team, you will establish and build up a new team in Costa Rica focused on data quality for all our opportunities to ensure accurate data at source to drive compensation payments, reporting, analytics, and machine learning models. The role will have a manager and IC's reporting directly to the role.

The role of Director of Operations and Site Leader for Workday Revenue Operations in Costa Rica serves as both the local leader for Revenue Operations in the day-to-day management of activities and co-representative of Workday with all manner of administrative and local activities to further the successful development of the company's presence in Costa Rica

Responsibilities (Data Quality)

Establish and build a new impactful team Manage and lead talent Manage a team with mix of IC's and a Manager Define SLAs and report on performance on regular basis Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Deal Management and Finance teams Identify areas of improvement for system, process or enablement and work with relevant stakeholders to motivate change Detailed oriented and dedicated to data quality and accuracy

Responsibilities (Revenue Operations Site Leader)

Act as the representative of Revenue Operations on the Costa Rica Leadership Team, working with other leaders to ensure the Workday community is healthy and growing. Represent the best interests of the employees of Workday Costa Rica in areas related to employee welfare, including organizing local team building and morale-boosting events and activities, to ensure general camaraderie, employee engagement and satisfaction. Build the local brand for Workday as a marquee employer of choice. This would entail working with P&P, Employee Communications, Talent Acquisition and other groups and could entail attending local events related to hiring and recruiting at educational institutions and other organizations Promote the company's work in building and fostering a diverse workforce and inclusive working environment that allows everyone to bring their authentic selves to Workday and do the best work of their lives Promote the growth of Workday Costa Rica with internal functions by highlighting and promoting the skills, talent, accomplishments, and potential of the employees. This would include meeting with various functions to address questions and support establishing additional presence.

Como líder del equipo de Calidad de Datos, deberá establecer y crear un nuevo equipo en Costa Rica que se enfoque en la calidad de los datos de todas nuestras oportunidades y así garantizar datos precisos en el origen, con el fin de impulsar los pagos de compensación, la generación de informes, analítica y los modelos de aprendizaje automático. La función contará con un gerente y con supervisores que dependerán directamente de él.

La función de director de Operaciones y líder de sede para Operaciones de Ingresos de Workday en Costa Rica ejerce tanto como líder local de Operaciones de Ingresos en la gestión diaria de actividades y como correpresentante de Workday con todo tipo de actividades administrativas y locales para promover el desarrollo exitoso de la presencia de la empresa en Costa Rica.

Responsabilidades (líder del equipo de Calidad de Datos)

Establecer y construir un nuevo equipo de gran impacto. Gestionar y liderar el talento. Gestionar un equipo compuesto por supervisores y un gerente. Definir los acuerdos de nivel de servicio e informar periódicamente sobre los resultados. Colaborar estrechamente con las principales partes interesadas, como los equipos de Gestión de Acuerdos y Finanzas. Identificar las áreas de mejora para el sistema, el proceso o la habilitación y trabajar con las partes interesadas pertinentes para motivar el cambio. Prestar atención a los detalles y comprometerse con la calidad y precisión de los datos.

Responsabilidades (líder de sede de Operaciones de Ingresos)

Actuar como el representante de Operaciones de Ingresos en el equipo de liderazgo de Costa Rica, trabajar con otros líderes para asegurar que la comunidad de Workday sea positiva y próspera. Representar los mejores intereses de los empleados de Workday Costa Rica en áreas relacionadas con el bienestar de los empleados; incluida la organización de eventos y las actividades locales para fomentar el espíritu de equipo, elevar la moral, así asegurar la camaradería general, el compromiso y la satisfacción de los empleados. Construir la marca local de Workday como empleador destacado. Implicaría trabajar con People & Purpose, Comunicaciones con los Empleados, Selección de Talento y otros grupos, y podría suponer asistir a actos locales relacionados con la contratación y el reclutamiento en instituciones educativas y otras organizaciones. Promover el trabajo de la empresa para crear y fomentar una fuerza laboral diversa, así como un entorno de trabajo inclusivo que permita a todos aportar su auténtico yo a Workday y hacer el mejor trabajo de sus vidas. 10+ years of professional experience 5+ years of managerial experience 5 + years of shown experience leading a dotted-line reporting team providing global support

Other Qualifications

Motivational leader Experience in the B2B SaaS space preferred Experience in building up new teams Experience in a Sales or Marketing Operations/Analytics function preferred Experience with Salesforce SOX and Audit compliance experience Excellent collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling skills Experience working with SLAs

Preferentemente, con experiencia en un puesto de operaciones/análisis de ventas o marketing. Experiencia en Salesforce. Experiencia en el cumplimiento de la ley Sarbanes–Oxley y auditorías. Excelente colaboración, presencia ejecutiva y habilidades para narrar historias. Experiencia de trabajo con acuerdos de nivel de servicio.
