Every day, we strive to make a difference. As the Corporate Affairs Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Coordinating internal and external communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. This involves organizing events, creating communication materials, handling media relations, and ensuring the company's public image aligns with its goals.

Job Duties and Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on communication strategies to ensure timely, effective, and transparent messaging.
  • Implement strategic public relations plans for Viatris and its brands.
  • Oversee press events with healthcare professionals, patient groups, and media to highlight Viatris' key focus areas: mental health, cardiovascular wellness, and pain management.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with various organizations related to these focus areas.
  • Promote CSR initiatives covering mental health care, non-communicable diseases, female leadership, and sustainability.

Minimum Experience and Training Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in corporate communications, public relations, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with media relations and event planning.
