Your Role and Responsibilities


The Invoice Processing Analyst - Procure to Pay (P2P) is responsible for invoice processing query resolution, indexing and Invoice adjustments.

As a Invoice Processing Analyst, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Invoice verification and processing accurately and timely
  • Prioritize processing of urgent/ageing invoices and be a part of Compliance to SOX e.g. documents to be posted after due Approval
  • Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge in PTP
  • English: Basic
Advanced Portuguese

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Tech. diploma in accounting
  • English: Basic
