Key Account Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Increase sales revenue from assigned key accounts, ensuring growth and market share in the respective segment by identifying, developing, and managing high-level key projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS

  • Manage corporate key accounts by developing specific verticals with large-scale projects.
  • Address product and corporate solution needs based on key customer requirements regarding technology services, basic services, and value-added solutions.
  • Increase sales revenue from Key Accounts through corporate managed services.
  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to deliver the right products and services to customers promptly.
  • Oversee and track marketing efforts, presentations, and opportunities to position our corporate solutions and services in the industry.
  • Analyze relevant customer information to prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Develop trusted, high-level relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and growth, ultimately driving long-term business success.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Informatics, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales or account management experience across various business sectors.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in selling IT solutions or Telecommunications Industry.
  • Experience in developing business plans and strategies for accounts / territories / partners and executing them.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of Managed Services and Cloud-based solutions.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in Consultative Sales.
  • Financial management experience in business cases.
  • Project Management of IT and Telecommunications Services Integration.
