PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO


Asesorar el liderazgo de Impacto en aplicación y seguimiento del Marco de Medición de Nuestro Impacto de la Confraternidad en la Región ALyC través de asesoría técnica y coordinación de la implementación, apoyando a los equipos de la Oficina Regional, Bloques (sus oficinas nacionales y Respuestas Especiales y Multipaís), a tener acceso a recursos y herramientas dirigidos a fortalecer su capacidad y competencias en medición, reporte y manejo de información de su contribución a Nuestra Promesa.

LIDERAZGO Nuestro Impacto

Liderar la implementación y aplicación del Marco de Medición de Impacto de la Confraternidad en la Región LAC.


Coordinación con el equipo global de PIMF para asegurar que los equipos nacionales tengan acceso a recursos y herramientas dirigidos a fortalecer su capacidad y competencias en las áreas relacionadas.

Proporcionar liderazgo para el desarrollo de capacidades en los equipos locales en la región.

Evaluar el fortalecimiento de las competencias necesarias para implementación del marco de impacto.

Gestión DEL CONOCIMIENTO


Identificar los procesos que requieren ser documentados para apoyar las necesidades de formación para múltiples audiencias en FO ́s, incluidos los miembros de la OR, gestionando digitalización y procesos en línea.


Promover el intercambio de conocimientos reforzando los vínculos entre el intercambio de conocimientos y los sistemas de información, mejorando la integración entre bloques de oficinas.


Alentar en los equipos aprendizaje mutuo basado en medición/reporte y análisis de datos de Impacto y mejores prácticas disponibles, compartidos entre las oficinas nacionales y bloques dentro de la Región LAC.


REPRESENTACION REGIONAL
Representar a la Región LAC en la implementación de pilotos e iniciativas regionales y globales relacionadas a Nuestro Impacto


Representar y/o garantizar la representación de la Región LAC en comunidades de práctica, grupos de trabajo regional y/o global para asegurarse de que el contexto y los intereses de la Región estén representados y sean tomados en cuenta.

CONOCIMIENTOS, DESTREZAS Y HABILIDADES

Experiência Profesional

  • Mínimo:_
  • 2 5 años de experiência en diseño y gestión de proyectos sociales.
- _2-5 años de experiência en estadística y análisis de datos_

  • Preferible:_
  • 3 años de experiência en Área de Desarrollo de Programas o desarrollo comunitario a través de programas de ONG.
Estudios

  • Título Licenciatura o maestría universitario en el área Social o campo relacionado (mínimo)
Habilidades clave requeridas

  • Mínimo:_
  • Conocimientos de Diseño, Seguimiento y Evaluación.
  • Coordinación de equipos virtuales.
  • Alto nível de compromiso y trabajo con mínima supervisión.
  • Conocimientos básicos en contabilidad y finanzas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de estadísticas
  • Preferible:_
- _LEAP, CESP, Horizon, CWBA-O
  • T, Estrategia, Patrocinio y conocimiento de CMS


 Gestión de Proyectos 2 5 años de experiência en diseño y gestión de proyectos sociales. 3 años de experiência en Área de Desarrollo de Programas o desarrollo comunitario a través de programas de ONG.Requerimiento de Idioma

Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto verbal como escrito.

Requerimientos de viaje y/o ambiente de trabajo.

El puesto requiere capacidad y disposición para viajar a nível nacional e internacional hasta el 25% del tiempo.
