Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for account management, upsell and cross-sell of Google Workspace to allocated customer accounts across an assigned territory. They will be required to conduct outreach to existing Google Workspace customers via phone, email, and Hangouts, in advance of the customer’s Google Workspace contract renewal date and apply appropriate prioritization. You Will

  • Attend customer meetings, conducting sales presentations.
  • Provide responses to product/service and industry questions.
  • Prepare offers, proposals, and presentations to support partners and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate proficient solution selling abilities and proactive customer/client communications.
  • Identify and analyze customer/client needs and develop intermediate-range strategies on how to competitively meet needs.
  • Act as a customer advocate as necessary for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Provide consistent follow-up on opportunities or inquiries.
  • Evaluate our client’s customer needs and propose potential solutions.
  • Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all selling and management levels.

You have

  • 3+ years of professional experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or account management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience implementing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Extract hidden or unrealized requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements.
  • Experience developing relationships and communicate with higher-level technical staff.
  • Experience working separately and as part of a team with tight sales deadlines.
  • Passionate about customer service, sales, and Google products.
  • Experience learning new technology and data.
  • Decide under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate short- and long-term consequences.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Virtual First and Remote Work

Concentrix (B2B) is Virtual First, which means working outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but a space at home to work is required. We would expect that most candidates should be within a commutable distance from one of our designated office locations for this role.
