Job Requirements:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and updates employee contracts and documents
  • Maintains job descriptions, and country-specific standard work and documents
  • Administers employee changes (i.e., promotions, transfers, salary increases, terminations).
  • In partnership with corporate Talent Acquisition, helps coordinate external and internal recruiting for a variety of role types.
  • Conducts new hire orientation as well as the exit process
  • Leads on-boarding of Spark employees to ensure positive experience
  • Trains and gives presentations to groups of employees on various topics including policies and programs.
  • Manage benefits enrollment as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business Management, Industrial Eng or related fields
  • 3 years of working experience
  • 2 years of experience working in a Human Resources coordinator or specialist capacity is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of recruiting processes, data capturing, and document updating in Workday
  • Manage and maintain all employment-related data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with analytics, statistics, and modeling techniques to enhance analytical solutions.
  • Strong effective communication skills oral/written
  • Fluent in English (oral/written)
