Position Overview: 
Become part of an amazing HR team at Snap The HR Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for
anyone with a desire to help people. This role is critical in supporting our HR team as well as our
employees. The HR Coordinator is part of a larger People Operations team tasked with creating and
maintaining policies, procedures, employee data collection and reporting, as well as creative solutions to help the business on its continued path of success.


Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end resolution for low and medium complexity inquiries in HR ticketing system (Workday).  Refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.  Onboard employees in Costa Rica and US Act as an escalation point of contact for medical insurance issues. Provide best-in-class service to internal and external customers  Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation while preserving the integrity and confidentiality of all human resource files and records  Manage HR vendor relationships, reconcile invoices  Provide administrative support to People Operations and HRBPs  Prepare all employees change records to maintain compliance, record documentation in employee files both in the HRIS and paper copies where applicable  Work with other members of the HR team to address commonly asked questions and solution ideas on how to better communicate FAQs- we are focused on continuous improvement and welcome any and all suggestions for improvements  Support HRBPs with questions on policies and procedures Provide administrative support during regular auditing of employee data and information Assist in specific project areas such as immigration, unemployment, VOE, workers compensationA value-based culture where growth opportunities are endless


Requirements: 

High Scholl complete Experience providing positive customer service with a focus on people and connection Proven experience with Office 360 English level - Bilingual Ability to communicate clearly with various audiences The ability to detect areas to improve and provide solutions Keen attention to detail Demonstrated experience positively collaborating with others. Strong written, verbal, technological and interpersonal skills
