You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.
How you will contribute
You will:
Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunitiesWhat you will bring

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:
Es responsable de liderar la operación de Mondelez Logistics, que incluye almacenes para 2 países (Costa Rica y Republica Dominicana), responsable de manejo Logístico de transporte de Puerto Rico y Amex. Debe asegurar tener la operación con los mejores estándares de seguridad, busque la excelencia y la agilidad en la ejecución para garantizar los mejores niveles de servicio y al mejor costo posible, así como la calidad y la seguridad alimentaria. Este puesto también es responsable de buscar la mejora continua y las productividades necesarias, en colaboración con los socios logísticos (3PL), clientes, el equipo de servicio al cliente y el equipo de ventas para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio y garantizar la integridad.
Responsabilidades principales
Liderar operaciones de almacén para Costa Rica y República Dominicana a través de 3PL. Controla las operaciones de 2 Centros de Distribución. Coordinar operaciones Logísticas/Transporte a clientes en Costa Rica, República Dominicana, Puerto Rico y American Exports. Responsable de la gestión, control y mejora del costo total de almacenes. Coordinaciones con nuestros operadores logísticos para asegurar capacidades de almacenamiento, recepción y despacho de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio, además la adecuada rotación de los productos para evitar pérdidas por envejecimiento al interior del almacén. Responsable de los procesos de facturación, garantizar el reconocimiento de ingresos mediante facturación, corte, logística inversa. Apoyar y garantizar la agenda de seguridad (HSE) en cada almacén, incluida la influencia de nuestros operadores logísticos. Responsable de la estrategia de Defensa Alimentaria, garantizando los protocolos de Seguridad y Calidad en cada una de las operaciones. Control de inventario a través del monitoreo de la ejecución rutinaria de procesos de inventario. Crear una agenda estratégica para el almacenamiento y las operaciones de innovación. Gestionar una agenda de colaboración estratégica con operadores logísticos. Garantizar la integridad del negocio a través del cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de auditoría. Desarrollar mejoras continuas para lograr productividades año tras año y apoyar mejoras continuas de RTM y nuevos canales de ventas. Asegure los estándares de calidad en cada una de las operaciones exigiendo el cumplimiento de la política de calidad de los 3PL. Cumplir y cumplir con los estándares establecidos por la empresa en programas corporativos como Buenas prácticas de fabricación BPM, QCMS, ISO, HACCP.Educación/ Titulaciones:
Graduado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o relacionada.Requisitos específicos del puesto:
Nivel de Inglés Avanzado.Con una experiencia mínima de 5 años en:
Almacenamiento Cadena de suministro. Gestión de operadores logísticos y / o almacenes. Supervisión de personal y delegación. Seguridad Industrial Servicio al Cliente.Habilidades
Conocimiento de la cadena de suministro. Experiencia en gestión de almacenes Influencia. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Manejo en SAP Analisis Datos / Power BI Capacidad Analítica. No Relocation support available
