Marsh está buscando candidatos para su posición basada en San José, la posición de Representante de Servicio al cliente.
Los representantes de servicio al cliente son el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes: son la cara de Marsh & McLennan y trabajan con clientes de todos los tamaños, en muchas industrias, como parte de centros de servicio o equipos de clientes.
Al comprender la importancia de cada interacción con el cliente, responden consultas sobre nuestros productos y servicios, investigan problemas y comunican soluciones a los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat web. Un representante de servicio al cliente juega un papel importante en el servicio de atención al cliente diario.

Contaremos contigo para las siguientes responsabilidades:
Apoyar a responder a las consultas estándar de los clientes (llamadas, correos)
Seguimiento a la aplicación de ingreso de reclamos.
Revisar y digitar cada caso por medio de la aplicación.
Seguimiento y atención al cliente
Solicitar información adicional o faltante del cliente mediante carta o llamada telefónica para responder las consultas de los clientes.
Atención de primera línea a las solicitudes de los clientes a través de correos, llamadas y visitas presenciales. Manejo de las comunicaciones del día a día.
Ingresar la información correspondiente en las bases de datos de la compañía y portales de las aseguradoras
Tener una comunicación y escucha activa.
Solicitar y dar seguimiento a clientes.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura concluida (recién egresados) o experiencia en ATC ( Atención al cliente)
Gusto por desarrollar su carrera en el sector asegurador
Manejo de Excel intermedio
Power point nivel intermedio
