NPI Engineer II

Description: This position will lead the introduction of new product and processes, fixtures, tooling into to production. Job duties will include, but are not limited to installation, validation, design / select equipment and processes including documentation within an ISO 13485 environment.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Materials Engineering or any related field or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
•Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
•High English proficiency required (oral and written) (B2/C1).
•Knowledge in computer packages and ERP
•Fixturing design skills and SolidWorks experience.
•Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Statistics, desirable
•Knowledge and experience in the area: Assembly process (Ultrasonic, Bonding, Sealer and labeling)
Molding
Process Validation knowledge and experience.
