Position Overview:
As the Video Production Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of creative professionals, overseeing the development and execution of high-quality video projects that align with Prose on Pixels' mission. You will bridge the gap between teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments, while maintaining a keen focus on brand consistency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Drive new creative standards through mentoring and internal presentations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee Projects with Precision: Manage the entire video production lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that each project aligns with brand standards and is completed to the highest quality.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the video production team and other departments, ensuring clear communication of ideas, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain Quality Excellence: Ensure all video outputs meet the highest standards, reflecting the brand’s vision and adhering to technical specifications.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies, and continuously explore new trends, tools, and technologies, seamlessly integrating them into the team's workflow to stay at the cutting edge of video production.
Nurture Talent: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Client & Accounts Collaboration: Partner with the Accounts team and clients to refine proposals, budgets, and final deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met efficiently.
Improve Processes: Identify and implement best practices to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement in daily operations and implement best practices for video production to continuously improve daily operations.
Qualifications:
Creative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of producers, editors, and animators, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear vision that aligns with Prose on Pixels’ business objectives while elevating the visual quality of content across all platforms.
High-Quality Execution: Maintain consistency and quality across all projects by providing clear creative direction and ensuring flawless execution through each phase of production.
Effective Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and translate creative ideas to a wide range of media stakeholders.
Expertise in Production: Extensive knowledge of all stages of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver top-quality results under tight deadlines, with experience in motion design, 2D/3D animation, and various video formats.
Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work closely with clients and account teams to develop winning business proposals and pitches.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Extensive background in all phases of video production; pre-production, production, and post-production.
Proven track record of developing successful business cases and pitches.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Expertise in motion design, 2D/3D animation, and both short-form and long-form video production.
Bachelor’s degree in communication, production, editing, animation, or film.
10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
