About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative HCM Functional Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements capturing, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun

Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning)

Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution

Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday

Assist the Integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions

Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s proven solutions

Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants

En este función, deberá garantizar la implementación correcta de la solución de HCM de Workday con los clientes gracias a su experiencia en productos e implementaciones. El candidato ideal para este puesto debe tener amplia experiencia en implementación o soporte de sistemas HRIS, captura de requisitos, configuración y conversión de datos y pruebas. Debe ser detallista, tener motivación propia, iniciativa, centrarse en los resultados y poder asociarse con éxito con los clientes y su equipo de proyecto. Debe estar preparado para los desafíos y divertirse.

Debe dominar al menos 2 módulos del conjunto de productos de HCM de Workday (HCM Core, Compensación, Beneficios, Reclutamiento, Talento y desempeño, y Aprendizaje).

Deberá hacer lo siguiente en una interacción: comprender los requisitos empresariales del cliente, configurar la solución de Workday, demostrar las configuraciones mediante el desarrollo de sistemas de prototipos y ayudar al cliente a probar la solución de Workday.

Deberá trabajar con el cliente para ayudar a convertir los datos heredados al sistema de Workday.

Deberá ayudar al equipo de Integraciones a configurar y probar las integraciones entre Workday y las soluciones personalizadas o de terceros.

Debe comprender la metodología de implementación de Workday y utilizarla en todas las interacciones.

Debe garantizar que el cliente aproveche las soluciones probadas de Workday.

Deberá asesorar a otros consultores y transmitirles conocimiento acerca de los productos.

About You

Basic Qualifications: HCM Implementation Consultant

It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English

A minimum of 3-5 years implementing at least one of the following HRIS / HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning

Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required

Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications

Other Qualifications

Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service

Functional experience - HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and/or Learning

Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Cualificaciones básicas: consultor de implementación de HCM

Indispensable ser bilingüe en español e inglés.

Un mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia implementando, al menos, una de las siguientes soluciones de HCM: HCM Core, Compensación, Beneficios, Reclutamiento, Talento y desempeño, Aprendizaje.

Es obligatorio contar con experiencia previa en consultoría en una empresa de consultoría o software.

Experiencia en la implementación de aplicaciones de Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate o similares.

Otras cualificaciones

Experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos y pasión por el servicio al cliente.

Experiencia funcional: HCM, Compensación, Beneficios, Reclutamiento, Talento y desempeño o Aprendizaje.

Habilidades de análisis comercial y recopilación de requisitos.

Se valorará la experiencia en implementación simultánea de varios proyectos de HCM.

Capacidad para aprender sobre tecnología con rapidez a través de la capacitación y el autoaprendizaje.

Es obligatorio contar con título universitario o experiencia equivalente.

Disponibilidad para viajar hasta el 30 % del tiempo.
