This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The Accounts Payable Analyst should be responsible of performing critical functions on accounting and payment process also to take decisions on escalations and follow up on very complex scenarios related to payment release, vendor creation and invoice status. In this role, you will… Be in charge of monitoring the Concur expenses report to authorize, reject invoices or payment release, and interact with internal customers in compliance with company policies and procedures. Work in conjunction with the Purchasing Department in all the vendor cycle to resolve issues as needed, provide invoice and, payment status. Be responsible for monthly AP close process including preparation of certain AP accruals and account reconciliations. Maintain and administer accounts payable databases; reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger and non-voucher receipt report at month-end and other accounts assigned. Support a service-driven environment focused on continuous improvement by maintaining service level agreements (“SLA”) with stakeholders, monitoring progress and taking corrective action. Benchmark against best practices. Communicate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues and determine methods for expediting problem payments and handle sessions to find out root causes with internal and external customers to provide remediation plans in case of gaps or lack of controls detected. Efficiently respond to auditor’s inquiries related to all Shared Service functions and provide information as needed. In this role, you’ll need … Typically: University Bachelor’s degree. 4-6 years of directly related experience. Proficiency in English. General knowledge in Accounts Payable processes. Understanding of ERP system preferably SAP. Understanding of travel and expense systems preferably Concur. Computer literate using Excel and MS Word. Proficiency in basic math. Completion of courses provided by PM Team a part of employee career path (at least 90% of programs available during a year). Customer service courses or certifications.
