Kyndryl’s Global Delivery Communications team is seeking a restless, devoted, and empathic individual to support communications for Kyndryl’s Delivery teams, with an emphasis on employee and executive communications. The Global Delivery Communications Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting or creating messaging and campaigns to engage and inspire employees to see themselves in Kyndryl’s strategy.

S/he will be a member of the Global Delivery Communications team, collaborating within Kyndryl’s Corporate Affairs and Global Delivery teams as well as with other functions and colleagues around the world.

The successful candidate will be jazzed by technology and culture change and skilled at balancing and prioritizing varied projects. S/he will be results-oriented and able to navigate the complexities of developing multi-channel communications that appeal to multiple audiences.


Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidate should have 4+ years of formal communications experience, including internal/employee communications.

Experience in content creation including written communications (such as intranet, surveys, mass mail execution, PowerPoint, speeches, blogs).

Experience using Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Stream, etc.

Quick to embrace contemporary communications approaches — to meet employees where they are.

Full professional fluency (verbal and written) in English and Spanish.

Flexible, with a strong work ethic.

Effective organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders.

Ability to customize global messaging while maintaining message integrity.

Possess insight and knowledge of communications best practices and techniques.

Be empathetic with an understanding of how messaging may be received and interpreted by different stakeholders, with an ability to formulate clear and concise messaging even in sensitive situations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Experience working within IT services sector.

Experience working on a global team, across multiple time zones.

Experience in audience & metrics measurement and audience engagement.

Basic understanding of key technical concepts and terminology.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
