Management Level Definition:

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Execute projects: Define project goals, scope, and success measures. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking performance management projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and documented accurately.

  • UAT Coordination: Act as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordinator for performance-related system updates. Organize test plans, track results, and ensure issues are resolved before deployment in collaboration with project manager.

  • Resources Quality: Maintain and update performance management resources, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Coordinate changes to key materials, oversee final publishing, and support training for HR and helpdesk teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance resource quality for better user experience leveraging AI technology.

  • Feedback & Training: Help design surveys or focus groups to measure program effectiveness and provide training support for performance processes.

  • Eligibility, Audit & Compliance: Ensure performance processes meet eligibility requirements and adhere to audit and compliance standards. Maintain accurate documentation and support internal reviews.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree.

  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in an HR function, or related fields with exposure to performance management processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Understanding of audit and compliance requirements in HR processes.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Workday Performance Management module or other Workday modules.

  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and adjust to changing priorities
