Manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination and support of day-to-day activities relating to COO policy documents and related projects/initiatives Create or update policy, standards, procedures and applicable controls and supporting process documents Engage in management activities, such as strategic initiatives, planning, and execution 5+ Years relevant experience Prior experience in managing highly visible, complex initiatives and/or consulting experience Capable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic add big picture perspective Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skillset, and demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across a large financial institutions Continuous improvement mindset - assess impact of actions and adjust as needed; simplify and standardize at every opportunity Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to senior management Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a highly dynamic environment Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Analytical Thinking, Change Management, Communication, Constructive Debate, Escalation Management, Policy and Procedure, Policy and Regulation, Risk Controls and Monitors, Risk Identification and Assessment, Stakeholder Management.
