What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist-Operations in BCG's Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key partner in enabling an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience by independently managing complex coordination needs across our global recruiting operations.
You will take ownership of interview scheduling, stakeholder management, and process execution for priority roles. This role goes beyond logistics — you'll bring a proactive mindset, optimize workflows, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to global TA initiatives. You will have a significant impact on candidate experience, hiring speed, and the quality of recruiting operations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Independently manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and stakeholder groups.
Act as a go-to resource for process, policy, and tool (e.g., Avature) best practices.
Troubleshoot system/process issues and offer enhancements for smoother execution.
Ensure adherence to recruiting compliance standards and candidate data protection requirements.

Problem Solving & Insight

  • Anticipate scheduling challenges and resolve conflicts quickly and creatively.
Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements to team operations.
Apply sound judgment to escalate issues or flag risks early with recommended solutions.

Effectiveness & Value Creation

  • Deliver high-quality, timely coordination for high-volume or high-priority roles.
Balance multiple competing requests while maintaining reliability and attention to detail.
Proactively manage scheduling gaps, interviewer engagement, and follow-ups.

Communication, Presence & Influence

  • Communicate effectively and professionally across all channels with stakeholders and candidates.
Tailor written communication for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders and external candidates.
Share updates, highlight risks, and influence outcomes in coordination discussions.

Teaming & Collaboration

  • Collaborate across global TA teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Actively support others during peak workloads or critical recruiting periods.
Participate in team forums, process improvements, and global coordination initiatives.

People Development & Leadership

  • Coach and support junior team members (Interns, CS1) with tools, processes, and best practices.
Share insights and documentation to support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
Lead by example in cultivating a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or HR admin role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise using recruiting systems (e.g., iCIMS, Eightfold, or similar ATS platforms) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confidence managing communications with senior stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and conflicting priorities with calm and professionalism.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a desire to improve how we work.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work closely with members of the Global Talent Acquisition team across multiple geographies, as well as hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates globally. You'll also collaborate with HR, Recruiting Operations, and systems teams to ensure exceptional service and process excellence.
