Our Website Services team manages Hologic's digital presence, ensuring that our web portfolio is secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. We invite a motivated Website Developer Intern to join our team for the summer and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Systems Intern to support the daily operations and management of our business systems, including Bigtincan, Cvent, iCapture, and Jifflenow. This internship provides hands-on experience in system administration, user support, and IT governance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • System Operations Support: Assist with the daily operation of Bigtincan, Cvent, iCapture, and Jifflenow systems by helping ensure user accounts are setup correctly, updating basic information, and performing routine system checks under supervision.
  • User Assistance: Provide friendly and timely support to users by responding to basic inquiries and troubleshooting simple system issues. Document common questions and solutions for future reference.
  • Training Support: Help prepare materials for system training such as tutorials or users (Video or Documents). Assist on users on how to best utilize the systems.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the creation and updating of user guides and instructional documents, ensuring they are clear and easy for others to follow.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Collect and organize system usage data, and assist with generating simple reports for the team or management as directed.
  • Research & Learning: Stay informed about new features and updates for supported systems by reading articles or attending webinars. Share interesting findings with the team.
  • Governance Awareness: Learn about IT governance standards, policies, and procedures, and help ensure that all documentation and user practices align with company guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside IT staff and other departments to support team projects, participate in meetings, and communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving user guides, onboarding processes, or system usage based on personal experience and feedback from users.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional tasks and learning opportunities as assigned by the supervisor, helping wherever needed to support IT and business operations.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Advanced English level 
  • Coursework or experience in managing business IT systems (experience with Event, Content Management, or Scheduling Technologies is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT governance principles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide clear guidance to users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
