Role description
We are looking for a Casino Manager to lead our Casino Department, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continued growth. You will oversee a team of casino agents and work closely with providers, account managers, and internal departments. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the casino team, including scheduling, performance, and development.
• Drive casino strategy: optimize products based on popularity, profitability, trends, and customer insights.
• Oversee integration of roadmaps, coordinating with development and project management.
• Manage provider relationships: handle negotiations, agreements, and compliance processes.
• Ensure a smooth, bug-free customer experience for both white labels and end customers.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, including bonus strategies, lobby design, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor financial accuracy: review payouts, investigate invoices, and oversee VIP and cashback processes.
• Deliver consistent reporting on profitability, customer behavior, and operational trends.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams (Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, and Upper Management).
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in online casino management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, compliance.
• Excellent leadership and Skilled in managing KPIs such as Win/Loss, player activity, and volatility while ensuring sustainable growth and risk control
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize player performance, and translate data insights into actionable operational strategies
• Adept at managing high-pressure environments, driving transparency, and aligning casino performance with business objectives
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with QA, gamification tools, and BI/reporting systems is a plus.
