This role sits within the Haleon Business Services (HBS) team. You'll be joining a growing team that plays a critical role in helping Haleon become more agile and performance-focused, by simplifying our processes, leading digital enablement across the business and building capabilities for the future.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll operations across LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with HR and external vendors, and expertise in payroll systems and tax regulations. You will lead payroll submissions, reconciliations, compliance audits, and process improvements in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Submit accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll, verifying data from other systems for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR to process employee hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Lead reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings.
  • Partner with outsourced vendors to complete amended tax returns when required.
  • Manage special projects assigned by the Payroll Manager/Supervisor.
  • Support social security file submissions for the Hub team as needed.
  • Review monthly payroll records for LATAM compliance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for payroll inquiries via ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with payroll vendors.
  • Monitor and execute project deliverables for timely completion.
  • Manage payrolls for Argentina and Colombia (experience required); other LATAM countries are a plus.
  • Audit Workday transactions to ensure correct impact on payroll systems.
  • Lead compliance work related to third-party audits.
  • Streamline existing payroll processes to improve workflow.

Why you?
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a multinational organization.
  • Experience managing payroll for Argentina and Colombia; knowledge of other LATAM countries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday, ADP, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems (training provided).
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to deliver results.
  • Experience with process transitions is an asset.
  • High resilience and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure daily work effectively.
  • High integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of payroll taxes and social security regulations for LATAM countries.
