  • The Field & Operations team is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and results oriented professional to lead forecasting, planning, and automation initiatives that strengthen our global execution.
  • This role combines program management, business analytics, and data science expertise to deliver insights, automation, and predictive capabilities that enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile comprehensive and accurate stakeholder-facing reporting on a timely basis.
  • Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor program progress, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Summarize and clearly communicate analytical assumptions, methodologies, and results.
  • Support day-to-day operations with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
  • Frame and translate high-impact analytical questions from business requirements into data science investigations.
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to support diverse business use cases.
  • Build, test, and deploy data science and ML pipelines on Microsoft Fabric.
  • Leverage Python and SQL/DAX to query, transform, and model data efficiently.
  • Partner with BI Developers to integrate data science and ML outputs into dashboards and reporting environments.
  • Work across diverse stakeholders to continuously improve, adapt, and automate processes and supporting systems.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Generalists and Project Managers to define sprints, manage tickets, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Develop and modernize applications through no-code orchestration, Power Apps, and chatbots to streamline analytics workflows.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal audiences with clarity and actionable focus.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis roles.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in Python and SQL/DAX for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Azure AI Services.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience deploying ML pipelines and integrating them into enterprise BI environments.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills with a "sense of urgency" to develop and deploy solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
