Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented
Business Operations Analyst
to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between data and strategy, analyzing our internal processes to drive efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a complex dataset and not just see numbers, but a story of how we can operate better, faster, and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze core business metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Data Reporting:
    Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to executive leadership.
  • Process Optimization:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Sales, Finance, and HR) to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
  • Strategic Support:
    Assist in annual planning and forecasting by providing data-backed recommendations to support long-term business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Data Ownership:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for diverse stakeholders to gather fragmented data and translate business needs into operational reality. You will operate with high autonomy, identifying opportunities for efficiency and leading the necessary changes without the need for constant supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, operations, or a similar data-centric role.
  • Analytical Skills:
    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XVLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Communication:
    Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operational Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze core business metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Data Reporting:
    Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated experience in interviewing stakeholders and "translating" business pain points into technical requirements.
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (such as Clarity).
  • A background in the technology or IT services industry and Fintech projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
