Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procure to pay procurement operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of user experience strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
