Role Description
Your primary focus is to be the primary contact to help customers ensure their applications work with the latest versions of Microsoft products.
Career Experience:
Superb Written and Oral Communication and Presentation Capabilities
- Meeting facilitation and Follow up Actions and Accountability
- IT and Customer/Executive/Vendor/Partners Audience Experience
- Support or Account Relationship Management
Data Quality and Task Management-Project Management Skills:
- Experience with Tools and Process and Time and Issue Tracking.
- Capable of owning high visibility engagements-Customer Portfolio.
Broad IT Experience and Background
- M365 suite knowledge and Broad Microsoft Product Knowledge.
- Security Products knowledge
- Data Collection-Investigation and Basic IT Troubleshooting Skillset
**Portuguese is a plus
