Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings Examines and evaluates project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads Determines appropriateness, checks quality, and guides revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy Develops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processes Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations 6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred Experience in managing and implementing successful projects Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives Familiarity with data concepts Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred Change Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Emerging Tools and Technologies, Internal Controls, IT Implementation and Integration, Management Reporting, Program Management, Risk Management.
