The HRBP plays a pivotal role in supporting various human resources functions within an organization. They handle a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, training, development, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The HRBP works closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees' questions, concerns, and grievances.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to ensure clear communication and resolve conflicts.
  • Work to create an inclusive and positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Lead and support employees through change, minimizing resistance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Promote positive employee morale and engagement through communication and support initiatives.
  • Educate employees about benefit programs.
  • Handle performance management cases, including evaluations, PIPs, PDPs and regular follow-ups
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and best practices, and that employees adhere to these policies.
  • Administer warnings and dismissals when needed.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Advanced English (B2+ to C2)
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
