Overview:

Serves as a strategic partner in the pre-sales process, managing high-volume, complex customer quoting and bid desk operations. This role requires deep expertise in pricing strategy, Salesforce navigation, SLA management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions. Operates with a high level of autonomy and accountability, supporting sales teams and account managers in driving revenue and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

  • Leads the end-to-end quoting process for complex customer solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals. (20%)
  • Processes and manages all customer quotations and deal registrations, applying strategic pricing and promotional programs. (20%)
  • Navigates Salesforce expertly to manage customer records, track opportunities, and ensure data integrity across quoting and renewal activities. (15%)
  • Determines customer equipment needs through detailed analysis and collaboration with account managers and sales teams. (10%)
  • Coordinates with account owners and internal stakeholders to align on solution design, pricing, and delivery timelines. (10%)
  • Manages SLA commitments, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer requests while maintaining high service standards. (10%)
  • Maintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all quotes, forms, and documentation are accurate and audit-ready. (10%)
  • Supports sales forecasting and planning by contributing data and insights from quoting activity and customer interactions. (5%)
