Position Summary

The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and organizing marketing digital assets within enterprise toolsets. This role works closely with the Content & Creative Team, DAM Librarian, agency partners, and freelancers to ensure accurate uploading, categorization, and maintenance of content libraries. Success in this position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of creative assets.

Responsibilities
  • Upload Marketing COE digital assets into enterprise platforms (e.g., Adobe Assets, SharePoint, LucidLink, Airtable, YouTube) and ensure proper organization.
  • Apply established taxonomies, metadata schemas, folder structures, and naming conventions.
  • Coordinate with the DAM Librarian for metadata support and enhancements.
  • Audit metadata and tags to improve search functionality.
  • Liaise with content creators and marketing teams for accurate metadata entry and timely file availability.
  • Provide administrative support to the Content & Creative team related to content operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in content operations or similar roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening) and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Languages: English (C1 level).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Assets preferred but not required.
