Ariba Content Administrator

The **Ariba Content Administrator** ensures cross-functional collaboration to maintain the fidelity, accuracy, and cleanliness of system data to support optimal user experience, procurement compliance, and efficiency. Support onboarding of Lonza Suppliers onto the new Ariba platform.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain relevant master data (vendor, material, payment terms, cross-tables, users, and other financial elements for Ariba).
- Monitor master data consistency & accuracy.
- Process data change requests.
- Maintain master data structure & maps.
- Support the content advisory team in continuous content improvement activities.
- Maintain (create, update, or delete) the content in Ariba (catalogs, punch-outs, forms).
- Perform content customizations.
- Support Procurement advisory teams in contract administration and content creation and ensure the operationalization of contracts, catalogs, and forms through Ariba.
- Support projects of onboarding Lonza Suppliers onto the Ariba platform.
- Ariba testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring (incl. ERP integration).
- Maintain guidance in Procurement systems (guided buying).
- Manages internal and external customer relations professionally and effectively.
- Secures buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Works in partnership as an active member of his/her team and cross-functional working groups.
- Understands how to effectively engage others in the change processes.

**Key requirements**:

- Advanced English level both oral and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, and desired experience in Procurement Operations and Master Data knowledge.
- Technical knowledge and configuration experience for SAP Ariba.
- Lean Six Sigma Certified will be nice to have.
