Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and professional-level positions.

  • Design and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with each client's specific business needs.

  • Interview, assess, and present candidates using competency-based methodologies.

  • Prepare high-quality executive reports, candidate profiles, and professional presentations.

  • Advise and support clients with market insights, talent availability, and hiring needs.

  • Collaborate on internal projects focused on development, i

  • nnovation, and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Strong command of competency-based interview methodologies and psychometric assessment tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in an organized, autonomous, and results-oriented manner.

  • Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).

  • Professional with strong planning and organizational skills, effective business communication, and high attention to detail.

  • Availability to commute and work on-site in Santa Ana.
