Treatment Design Technician
 

The Treatment Design Technician will be part of the Digital Manufacturing Team within the Oral Care Solutions Division.
We're looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated professional who is energetic, proactive, and driven to exceed expectations. The person in this role will support the dental setup team and contribute to meeting production and growth targets.

Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as FMQC, Data Clean Up and Quality.

• Meet operational goals related to the daily production of orthodontic/dental digital setups, including quality and cycle times.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with peers and supervisors.

• Performing miscellaneous duties as required by supervision.

• Escalate software (SW) issues via DDS tickets and report EHS concerns promptly.

• Serve as a point of contact for resolving treatment-related issues, depending on the assigned process.

• Demonstrate and apply knowledge of work guidelines effectively.

• Accurately interpret and resolve dental setup cases.

• Adhere to company policies and uphold the organizational culture.

• Maintain ethical behavior and proper queue management.

• Availability to move to other processes if needed (DC, FMQC)

Basic Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in the aligner industry as a dental treatment technician.

• Medical background in the orthodontic or dental industry.

• Proficiency in dental CAD/CAM software and/or graphic design tools.

• Strong computer skills, including use of web browsers and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong soft skills for internal and external customer interactions.

• Proven problem-solving and case analysis abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (80–90%).

Requirements:

• Candidate must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday schedule. Shifts may be assigned within this range, but the following schedules are not eligible: 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–6 PM, and 10 AM–7 PM.

• Must be able to work in a different schedule that has today (jornada diurna).

• Must handle all type of requests in Set Up / Treatment Design Team.

Work location:

• Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belén, Heredia at least 1 days per week+ moment that matters)
