Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented customer service professional in logistics to join our team. This position is key to ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating and managing shipments, resolving incidents, and providing excellent support at all stages of the logistics process.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Post-secondary education in customer service, customs administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills/Talents:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate inventory management and delivery scheduling.
Knowledge of inventory management and shipment tracking software tools.
Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions in customer service situations.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
