**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review Booking documentation (PO, Quote, GP analysis, Service form)
- Ensure order booking considering applicable approvals
- Information extraction (running reports) from Oracle
- Request of Invoice in Advance
- Order administration (Purchases FD/SO-PO Date management, logistics coordination)
- Stretch collaboration with service coordinator, credit, billing, finance, logistics,
- Deeply understanding of order management including key interactions with operational areas
- Ensure whole process SLA accomplishment though an appropriate follow up of every stage of orders life Cost controlling of daily transaction and related reporting (Cost Controlling Report LAM)
- Follow-up of orders until the end of their execution/system closure

**Interactions**

Multi Business Americas and other world areas including Executive Management, Internal and external Customers.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any related field from an accredited institution
- Experience working with complex data and management activities (2 years)
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally & in writing, with all levels of Management
- Passion for operational excellence with a commitment to delighting customer
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. (Access and SharePoint will be a plus).
- Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates
- Experience with Oracle Business System, or similar
- English B2
