We are looking for a Commercial Manager for Central America who will create and lead the regional strategy and ensure the achievement of sales and financial objectives. The role will drive sustainable year-over-year growth by combining strong business vision with solid operational execution, while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a Strategic Commercial Plan for Central America.
  • Lead the commercial team, providing guidance, advice, and performance management to achieve ambitious results.
  • Design and execute development strategies that strengthen the company's market share, profitability, and competitive positioning throughout Central America.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize results.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, and market responsiveness.
  • Organize and oversee commercial policies for the sector. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategy, Marketing, or Commercial Management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably with regional (Central America) experience.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strategic sales planning and execution
  • Key account and channel management
  • Financial acumen and business analytics
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
