Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with a
balanced blend of administrative and development experience
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing tasks from a backlog, supporting our Business Development teams by ensuring smooth Salesforce operations and enhancements. This role does not require strategic consulting but focuses on hands-on execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security settings, and data maintenance.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks from a backlog, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
  • Ability to manage and execute tasks from a backlog independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in nearshore/onshore teams or time zones aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and third-party applications.
