At EX Squared LATAM, we connect top engineering talent across the region with impactful digital solutions. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Salesforce engineering experience to join our team and help build scalable, robust applications across the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role is ideal for an engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning development—not someone reliant on vendor tools, but a true builder who writes high-quality code and understands modern engineering practices end to end.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement scalable, maintainable features across Salesforce Service Cloud or related Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into high-quality engineering solutions.
- Write clean, version-controlled code and contribute to consistent engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing Salesforce components and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and best-practice engineering processes.
- Contribute to the software development lifecycle using modern engineering practices—testing, documentation, deployments, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate Salesforce components with external systems where needed experience is a plus).
- 5+ years of senior-level software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in software architecture and coding best practices.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Ability to develop Salesforce solutions using real engineering practices—not relying on point-and-click or vendor automation tools.
- Strong experience working with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
- Experience participating in or leading technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.
- Familiarity with (nice to have).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (nice to have, not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, engineering-first environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) — able to collaborate with distributed teams and present technical ideas clearly.
